Coach Stearns is a 1999 DeSoto Alumnus. He played for the Dragons from 1996-1999.

Coaching Highlights:

Coach Stearns joined Coach Allen Davis’s coaching staff as a varsity assistant from 2000-2002 while attending Jefferson College. He left the program from 2003 to 2004 to attend Southeast Missouri State. In 2005, Coach Stearns returned to DeSoto to coach and teach. He is currently the junior varsity coach and varsity assistant.

Coach Stearns and his wife Keeley, who also teaches at DeSoto, have two daughters named Payton and Maclyn.
